I had a long time intermittent problem with my Audi. We went to 2 different Audi dealerships multiple times over several years and they were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. Although it's only been a month, the problem appears to have finally been fixed.

Osborn's did a great job, as usual. They took the time to explain the problem, and gave me an accurate estimate, finished ahead of the time promised. Whenever I have a potential problem I know that I can trust Osborn's to give me an honest answer, good advice, and a fair price if/when repairs are needed.

I was so impressed by the e mail report with photos that was sent to me after they evaluated my van and diagnosed the problem. They recommended that no repairs needed to be done at that time and did not charge me for the inspection. Amazing!!! The Honda dealer charges me 125 dollars just to inspect my vehicle and ALWAYS try's to sell me a repair. Thanks Osborne automotive. You now have a customer for life.

As usual very good.
They serviced and repaired my car nicely. They even serviced fluids that my dealers and one other independent didn't for ten years. Osborn is the only sane repairman in the South Bay; eveyone else is out to lunch, on basics.
