great attitude by employees that reflect the owner's hands on approach to customer care and satisfaction
It is refreshing these days to find a service provider that isn't constantly looking for ways to charge you more for services that you may not necessarily need. Osborn's provided me with all the information that I needed to make an intelligent decision on what I wanted vs. what I needed to have done to my car. In the end, they probably sacrificed a little bit of one-time revenue, but gained a dedicated customer.
I have taken my Camry to other shops befor and have been given the run around. No hassels at Osborn's and all of the staff is friendly!!! Thank you for a great experience and I look forward to continued excellent service.
Upfront staff, besides estimate I recieved a definite price of total cost after mechanic looked up what I needed specific for my car. Then staff relayed info to me before I left my car with them. No suprises! I picked up car & paid exactly what I was told I would have to pay. That's refreshing & in this economy a very much needed quality in customer relations/service. Thanks guys, John
Scott Osborn runs an honest repair shop and does quality work at a fair price. In addition, he offers rides to and from his shop which makes it very convenient for me to drop off my car in the morning, get a ride to work, and know that Osborn's will pick me up at the end of my workday to get my car. First rate shop!
employees are very professional, and seem very knowledgable....
Always available and willing to help!
Great Service! First visit and I will move all my automotive service to Osborn's.
Fast, knowledgeable and affordable. Scott and the crew did a great job with no suprises for my 2000 Land Rover Discovery. Highly recommend!
The bulb burned out in one of my brake lights.  I normally take my Subaru to the dealer for service, which is all the way in Santa Monica.....but no way was I driving over there for a simple bulb replacement.  I went a few blocks down the road to Osborn's.  They helped me right away, although I had no appointment  & had never been there before & they were busy.  The first guy could not figure out how to get the tail light cover off (neither could I...leave it to Subaru) & the boss saw him trying to force it off and came & took over the job.  (The plastic cover costs around $300 to replace if it breaks.)OK.....the boss did figure it all out & replaced the bulb, but in the process broke a little plastic thingy that helps to hold an interior cloth cover thingamabob in place.  There is a second little plastic thingy doing the same job, and we figured two are not necessary anyway, so no big deal. The boss said no charge for the $10 bulb (his cost is $8, absurd) because he broke the little plastic thingy worth about 50 cents.  I insisted on paying something because that just wasn't right, so we split the cost - I gave him 5 bucks - and the labor was free.I believe these people are honest mechanics based on this experience and, although I will continue to take my car to the dealer for service, I believe Osborn's deserves a positive Yelp.
