My warranty just expired on my car, so I needed to find an excellent, honest, quality, caring auto repair shop. A friend recommended Osborn's where she takes her car. I, also checked them out reading customers reviews, and was really impressed. I called to make an appointment. Scott, the owner, answered the phone. I asked him a few questions, and was very impressed with his answers and expertise. I took my car in this morning, and was courteously greeted by Jaime who explained to me what I needed done on my car. I was then driven home by their shuttle driver, Paul, who also was very courteous and kind. Jaime called me later on to tell me what had been done on my car, what was recommended to do in 6 months, which they took a photo of one of my filters that is beginning to show some build-up, but it was not necessary to change it today. She had Paul pick me up to get my car, gave me a print out of everything that was done, including the photo of my filter, and thanked me for choosing Osborn's. I can honestly say that I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated from start to finish. The next time I need to take my car in, I will be going back to Osborn's!
