After having met with the owner of Osborn's, I definitely feel the need to update my review. Scott Osborn reached out to me and asked to have a meeting to rectify everything. I was very impressed by his gesture and initiative. I think a lot of owners would just write-off anyone who criticizes their business. We discussed my last work order. I told him that it seemed some of the work I received was unnecessary and way overpriced. While he agreed that some of the prices were indeed, a little high, he also assured me that they were not trying to run a scam. He said that he had complete confidence in his mechanics. He also said that Osborn's is making some changes with regards to how they conduct business. After having our meeting, I have concluded that Scott is a genuine guy and an honest, hard-working business owner. If I only had to deal with him, I would surely return as a customer. The only reason why I might not return is the manager. While some people may appreciate her direct, no-nonsense approach, for me personally, I don't think our personalities mesh well. Give Osborn's a try and decide for yourself. They have always done a great job with my vehicles and Scott says that they are dropping their prices to become more competitive.
