I always get great service at Osborn's! Jamie up front is always really nice and kind. Sad you all don't vacuum out cars anymore yet the packet of wipes was nice :)

OSBORN AUTOMOTIVE IS THE BEST. It's hard for me to believe some of the stories I've read on this Yelp page. My Dad owned a Garage and a Paint and Body shop for 54 years, so I was raised in the business. I had my own shop for several years, and I personally worked on street and built race cars from bumper to bumper for most my life. As a result I am well acquainted with what's needed and NOT NEEDED regarding automotive repairs. Osborn's Automotive knows what they are doing. A case in point, my son was preparing to drive to Texas for a job in Austin. When he called to tell me he was driving to Texas, pulling a trailer, ( I live in Dallas), I told him to have his (high mileage) 1998 Toyota 4Runner checked out by a automotive shop to get a "Maintenance check list." It was an effort on my part to make sure his SUV would make the trip. He took his car to Osborn's Automotive, mainly because they're close to where he lives, and they have done quality work for him previously. This is a routine list most shops offer, and to tell the truth it is also where a dishonest shop can use scare tactics to make money from the less informed. I told my son to ask the woman at the front desk, (Jaime, as it turns out) specific questions to make sure she was giving accurate information. In the meantime I checked Osborn's out on Yelp, and because of a few bad reviews, I had my concerns. But, I also know that much of the time negative comments on any blog means nothing. However, I was a little"concerned." When my son emailed me the "maintenance" list to review, and the input Jaime gave him, I was relieved. Every item they indicated that could possibly be an issue, I knew could be a potential, if not existing problem. I know I would have repaired all of them for such a long trip, but at the time my son couldn't afford to have all of the items repaired. Scott Osborn, the owner, sat down with him and explained what priority repairs could be made that at least wouldn't leave him stranded on a desolate highway. It was a informed calculated gamble on Mr. Osborn's part. My son could barely afford to have HALF of those repairs made, so he asked that just a few of the repairs be made. Without my son's knowledge, Mr. Osborn appreciating my son's dilemma, oversaw the remaining repairs without charge. With today's economy, such a jester is way beyond the "call." In my mind knowing what I knew about his car, I felt my son's chances of getting back to Texas, were, precarious at best. But thanks to Scott and Jaime he made it home safe and sound. Osborn Automotive now has my son as a life long customer, and me as a life long fan. As a customer for any business (especially these days) I rarely write a "thank you" note for a job well done, because it is expected when we pay out our hard earned money. But getting good work, a service manager and an owner that takes a personal interest is rare. So Jaime and Scott, thank you for your help, honesty and kindness in helping my son make it home, safe and sound. We owe you big time. GB

Scott and Jamie are the best. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Took my car in for an unexpected problem and they had it fixed the same day by noon. They went through all my options and costs to help me make and informed decision. Scott and Jamie make you feel taken care of and valued as their customer.

Great customer service. I've taken two different cars here for trouble shooting and have been vertyhappy with both experiences. I dread going to the mechanic. I found one that I can trust.

I had a very good experience with Osborn. Took my VW in for a issue with the window and though it took longer than expected, I received follow-up calls consistently from Jaime as to what was going on and they were kind enough to pay for a rental car for all the days my vehicle was tied up. They didn't replace anything more than I asked and were very honest! I noticed today my vehicle had even been washed. I had a great experience here and would recommend Osborn.

I always appreciate honesty from any service provider. Jaime provides above average customer service, she gives a detailed analysis and helps you determine what repairs are a priority based on the age, condition, and plans you have for your vehicle. I never worry about being oversold to when I go to Osborn's.

How in the world does Osborn's only have three stars in cyber sapce?!?!? In reality land this is the BEST Automotive shop in SoCal!! Not only is it over the top clean and classy, but the staff is knowledge, helpful and always honest. Â I recently had about a million lights on my dash to service my car, I took it into Osborn's, and after diagnostic test, they determined a major issue and were surprised that this was occurring on such a new car (2009 VW EOS). They sent me to the dealer and encouraged me to look into recall noticed around that issue. When I took it to the dealer, they addressed it for $700 bucks WITHOUT any mention of the recall. After all the spent cash, I heeded Jamie @Osborn's recommendation and SHE WAS RIGHT!! Â Who has two thumbs and getting her money back? This gal!! All due to the attentive staff at Osborn's that actually cares about their customers. Â Another experience that soon followed was a light again appeared on my dash, so I dashed into Osborn's to see what the issue was. It was already after they had closed, but I was nervous to drive the ten miles home. Fingers crossed, I pulled into the lot, Ashley met me with a smile, adjusted the tire pressure, EXPLAINED in laymen terms something about atmospheric pressure and temperature change related to tire pressure and sent me on my way free of charge. Where in our modern times does that level of customer service happen? At Osborn's!!
