My 17 year old sister called me panicked that her car wouldn't start, and me being in LA could do nothing to help her, so I instructed her to have triple A tow her to Osborns and then have them drive her home in their smartcar.Turns out absolutely nothing was wrong with her car, so when it was picked up the following morning, Osborns said since they couldn't recreate the problem, there was no charge whatsoever. We didn't have to pay anything! That really said a lot to me about their business since they easily could have come up with some problem or part replacement... but instead they were honest. Thanks Osborns! Will definitely come back for future car problems :)
