I have been to Osborn's twice in the past month, for two unrelated issues - (1) I had an electrical short and (2) my engine was running rough. My experiences for both visits were as follows:I was given an opportunity to describe my concerns, I was given an explanation of what they planned to do and how much each assessment would cost, I was called in a timely manner with a summary of services and charges and I was at all times treated with courtesy and respect. The charges were reasonable and the assessments were honest and thorough.
I am a return customer to Osborn's Automotive and the reason is their customer service and automotive service is the best in South Bay.

Had my B1 service on a 2012 Acura RDX at Osborn's Automotive today. I spoke to Jamie who was very patient and listened to my previous bad/unlucky experiences at other auto shops. She understands customer service and comes across as trustworthy. I appreciate that they inspected everything and did not charge me for what I did not need. It is so close I can walk and that is very convenient. They give you a car wash which is good. The down side is it takes a long time (I was quoted a whole day) for a basic routine service. I took it in without an appointment first thing in the morning and they called me within the hour and told me what it needed and how much it would be then delivered it to me 4 hours later. This was better than anticipated which is good. It is a small place and they probably do not have enough room to dedicate one spot to quick jobs like oil changes. I think the newly hired Jamie is lending some credibility and improved customer service to the place. I felt comfortable giving them a try and am very satisfied thus far. I get the sense she has my back. This is a good feeling.
I wouldn't take my classic '66 VW Bus anywhere else. Osborn's pampers my "baby" and plays it straight with me. Honest and straightforward and a pleasure to work with!!

Jack and I (and several of our children) have been customers of Ozzy for about 13yrs now. We have had several models of cars run through our family and they have all gone to the shop at one time or another. We wouldn't send them anywhere else for two reasons, 1) high quality of their work...and 2) integrity of their word. It's actually pretty simple, we trust them :-) The Jack Lawson family
This is the only place I take my truck and I'll will continue. I only have 20,000 miles on my 2006 Avalanche so I basicly have only had oil changes and inspections. This time when I took it in they did recommend that we flush the power booster and break fluids and replace with new. With the age of the vehicle I agreed and boy what a difference with the performance of the brakes. Good job but the only thing I was concerned about was the time it took. I had a 9:00 AM appointment and didn't get my truck until 2:00 PM so I thought that was a little long.
Great service, fair prices, and a car wash. Have been a customer for years and wouldn't go anyplace else!
