Thank you Chad and associates. My 1990 Miata sputtered in a week ago.. Though the shop was closed Chad the manager was in and ready to assure me they would get to the bottom of things. The bottom was deep and pricey, but necessary. I have a twenty year old new car! I was informed every step of the way and the woe.k was done to perfection. I would trust Chad to take out my gall bladder, he has that kind of bedside manner. Competent (and beyond) knowledgeable, and professional. Quality work at a fair price.

Osborn's really stuck with a tough job, when I brought my vintage Mustang in with a power-steering hose hitting the exhaust header. They tried several different ways to re-route it, took the time to research the best fix, and finally customized the installation to get the job done right, all without charging me for the extra time they spent.I feel good about my decision to go to Osborn's, because they took on a frustrating, tough, long-standing problem, and wouldn't quit until it was solved. What a relief to find a good quality mechanic, close to home!I like that Osborn gives a detailed list of everything you should know about your car, including the percentage of break pads that are still left in the car. Â They will fix what needs to be immediately fixed, and will inform you of what should be done soon. Â If they were trying to make more money, they wouldn't give you that option.I came to Osborn after having bad experiences with other mechanics, so having an honest family business in the area is a breath of fresh air.They genuinly care, too; they helped me with transportation back and forth from Palos Verdes, and even stopped on the way so I could grab a quick coffee. Â Lastly, they reset all my clocks that had been neglected by other mechanics. Â They think of small details that I hadn't asked for but certainly appreciated. Â Thanks Oborn's, for taking care of my family as if we were family!
