The mechanical service as always was timely and complete. I alsways feel comfortable driving my car and going on trips because I know Osborn's crew will be completely thorough and let know of any problems that need service. Besides the mechanicalservice, their entire staff is friendly and fun to visit with. I always take our cars to Osborn's and recommend them to others. The only problem is that USC flag.

Scott gave me sage advice on when to get my "Cats" (catalytic converters) replaced.P.S. You need to change the service manager reference from Danial and Jasper to Chad.

Chad and Scott did agreat job by isolating the problem with my gas gauge. They suggested that the best course of action would be for Paul's Speedometer to pull the dash panel and replace the sensors. Gary did it in a couple of hours and I am driving my SSR today. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my car.Tom Kenerson

Having dealt with automotive service & repair shops for years and years, I have a knee-jerk expectation that I'm going to receive so-so service while I'm being pitched additional services I may or may not need. NOT SO with Osborn's Automotive! I'm a multi-return customer that gets attentive service along with detailed, comprehensible explanations of everything that needs work. I never thought I'd say these words - I trust my mechanic completely.

I have NEVER experienced such welcoming and helpful customer service. Scott, the owner, even offered me a ride home when I did the late drop off. SO NICE. Chad is excellent in terms of describing the services and giving it to you straight - no BS. And they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need - which many places do to young girls like me. A family owned and operated business with loyalty to their customers. I'd give more thumbs up if I had more hands!!!

Thanks for the great service. After you replaced the timing belt, water pump and service, I feel confident again that I can drive anywhere and not worry. My 2005 PT Cruiser runs as good as new again.
