Loved service of home return and pick up! Wish you had told me a 'plugging" the tire. I've been told that it is not a good solution?

I took my 94 Toyota Pickup in pulling to the right. Before they Aligned like I had requested they inspected the vehicle and found ALL of my tires bad. They replaced and aligned the truck and now it is straight as an arrow!!! Thank you guys for being thurough and honest!
