Easy to schedule, car delivered on time

They?re always right on with required repairs. At another shop I was told I needed a full brake replacement. ?The brakes are metal on metal?. I didn?t trust that based on mileage and said I?ll wait. I was warned that I was driving an unsafe car. Took the car to Osborn?s for a first visit and told them I needed a brake job. They gave the car back and showed me that I had 60% remaining on the front and 70% on the rear?no repair required. What else can you ask for from a shop. I?m happy to give them the business.
