They?re always right on with required repairs. At another shop I was told I needed a full brake replacement. ?The brakes are metal on metal?. I didn?t trust that based on mileage and said I?ll wait. I was warned that I was driving an unsafe car. Took the car to Osborn?s for a first visit and told them I needed a brake job. They gave the car back and showed me that I had 60% remaining on the front and 70% on the rear?no repair required. What else can you ask for from a shop. I?m happy to give them the business.

I was referred by "The Motorman" on KABC Radio to see Osborn's about my air bag light. The dealer had it 3 times with no results and charged me over $1,200 for nothing. Osborn's was able to find the problem and repair it on the first visit for under $800. I will be using them from now on!

I called in the morning because my car wasn't starting and took the car in around 9am. They were able to get to my car the same day, figure out the problem, call me with a quote, repair it, and I picked it up at 5:30 that evening. Much faster than I had anticipated. I don't enjoy spending money on car repairs (who does?), but if/when I need to again, I will be coming back here.
