Upfront staff, besides estimate I recieved a definite price of total cost after mechanic looked up what I needed specific for my car. Then staff relayed info to me before I left my car with them. No suprises! I picked up car & paid exactly what I was told I would have to pay. That's refreshing & in this economy a very much needed quality in customer relations/service. Thanks guys, John

Scott Osborn runs an honest repair shop and does quality work at a fair price. In addition, he offers rides to and from his shop which makes it very convenient for me to drop off my car in the morning, get a ride to work, and know that Osborn's will pick me up at the end of my workday to get my car. First rate shop!
