Only dealt with Shirley (sp) who was great. They were very fast, very straight forward about pricing and such. My repair was a bit pricey, but I called to dealerships to get a sense of cost and they were right in the ballpark. I felt like they were on the up and up and I guess that’s all you can ask for. I’d recommend and will probably use them in the future.

Osborn's is great! My wife and I love them. All of our cars are 10 years or older and the technicians at Osborn's keep making them as good as new every time we bring them in. Looks like we're going to have to wait a couple more years before we get to buy a new car!! :-)

Taking a vehicle here for a pre purchase inspection saved me a lot of headaches in the future. As much as I was hoping the Audi S3 that I was going to purchase didn't have any problems, it did. The lady at the counter was very helpful and accommodating with my questions. I would be glad to do business with Osborne's Automotive in the future.
