I was having a strange issue with the brakes on my car. The dealer that I have dealt with in the past wasn't really sure what the problem was, and they suggested a couple of very expensive options that MIGHT work. Not satisfied with "might", I went to Osborn's instead. For starters, they said that a diagnostic on the brakes would be free (as opposed to the $100+ the dealer charges). They listened to what I had to say, took a test drive with me to try to figure out exactly what it was that was happening, and took the time to come up with a real solution to the problem. They took the time to verify their diagnosis, then fixed the problem. I got my car back faster than expected, and they took the time to check in with me the following week to make sure that everything was working out ok. As a woman, I've been in those situations before where someone will assume you know nothing about cars and try to take advantage of you. I didn't experience any of this at Osborn's. I really appreciate that they took the time to listen to me, asked questions to narrow down the issue, and treated me with respect the entire time. After experiencing the amazing customer service at Osborn's, I will definitely be taking my car there for any future issues.

When I first moved Redondo I was having problems with my Jeep I think. I can't quite remember but I needed maintenance and I had been to one or two shops around the area and I heard bad things about most and I just didn't like the others. Didn't really trust them but I think I read online reviews and Osborne's had legit reviews and just from the appearance I trusted it. You know it's good when all the Techs are certified and moving up with their education. I've dealt with several different shops and never really trusted any, but Jaime and the staff were always helpful and respectful. They're worth their salt. What I knew about the mechanical side of a vehicle coincided with what I was being told and I learned a lot too from their explanations of how and why something might malfunction. Overall I'm going to miss this shop because I'm picky about it. They do good work, and even though I didn't get the best car from the dealership, I believe this team made my car prepared for the move. Thank you!
