I took my 2008 Audi A4 in on Friday morning to have a coolant leak checked. I turned out that the problem was more than just replacing a leaking hose, so parts were ordered, but they weren't available until Saturday. The work location was in a difficult position behind the engine and because of this and the parts problem, the work was delayed and wasn't finished at closing time. The staff knew I needed my car on Sunday, so two of them stayed much later to finish the job. I really appreciate the extra effort these two put into getting my car back to me so I would have it to use the next day.
