Excellent as always!

2 weeks ago took car to dealer for a recall. They told me water pump was leaking and gave me an estimate of $xxx. Next day got estimate from Jaime at Osborn's which was much much less. Took car in for water pump replacement. Got a call from Jaime saying pump was not in fact leaking at all. Osborn's provided shuttle both ways and charged me nothing for entire thing. Greatly appreciated.

Osborne's fixed the problem in a timely manner.
