This is a story I have to share. My wife and I were on vacation last week outside of the country. Our daughter's car needed the battery replaced on her car and so after speaking with the owner Scott Osborn he told me not to worry he will handle it. They went to my home 10 blocks away from their shop and jump started the car and drove it to the shop. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the battery, dropped it back off at my home and texted me with the bill to save me the cost of a phone call. This is a clear example of a business going above and beyond to service their customers. This is why all of my vehicles will continue to be serviced at Osborn's Automotive! Thank you Scott!

There aren't enough stars to rate Osborne! Starting from their on-line appointment system, to Jaime (the best!) in the front, to their skilled mechanics - everything was exceptional! I even got my car washed😊 For the first time, I actually look forward to bring my car in for service!

Basically, I brought the Highlander in for routine maintenance (oil & filter change, for example). I was pleased that the report I got back seemed complete and provides me with guidance on what is needed next. You recommended battery replacement. I called out AAA, and they reported that the battery was weaking some but did not yet need replacement. I put the charger on it and hope to get several more months of service from it before replacing. You advised that I have both front and rear brakes serviced, including new rotors. I called DCH Toyota, Firestone, and Pep Boys. It appears your price for the brake work is pretty much the same as for the dealer. Firestone and Pep Boys were significantly less money, so I'll likely use them for this work. It looks like your service is competent and well managed and, with the coupon I used, reasonably priced. Thank you.
