Thank You Jaime. I contacted Subaru Corporate and told them of my experiences trying to have the a/c problem resolved with my dealer (3 times) without any satisfaction from them. They took down the information and forwarded my comments to the Service Manager at Subaru Pacific. I have an appointment there on the 6th to discuss it. Hopefully they will resolve this on going problem with my 2014 CrossTrek. You were so helpful and again I Thank You, George Allen
