Osborns is my "go to" vehicle repair place. I walked in with a list of items to service or repair. They not only completed the service and repairs but also found and repaired a major safety problem that I had not noticed. Outstanding, professional, dependable vehicle service.

First time here and my experience was fantastic! I'm so happy to have a local place to have my car serviced along with great personal customer service. Jamie was beyond professional in helping with all my questions and keeping me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle and timing, definitely above and beyond! I've found my new car place!

Great service

Just got back in town after being gone way too long to find that my X5 did not have a charge. Called AAA only to find out that the battery was done. AAA was able to give it one last charge so I called the dealership and was quoted between $800 and $850. YIKES! My mechanic retired so I called around and found Osborn's. Jaime was great! She said to bring it down and I did. My vehicle was ready in a few hours and at half the price of the dealership. It was a great experience considering it was a not so great surprise!

I just had a lot of work done on my 2008 Audi A4 and, while expensive, the work was done efficiently and on time including a need for a quick follow-up fix. I can certainly recommend Osborn's as the go to place to have your car serviced.

I was very pleased by the attention to detail, the fact that they listened and were responsive. Great customer service. I had a long time intermittent problem with my Audi. We went to 2 different Audi dealerships multiple times over several years and they were unable to diagnose or fix the problem. Although it's only been a month, the problem appears to have finally been fixed. Thank you Osborn's

Osborn's is really great. I came in to have my tires looked at because I had a leak in one of my tires that caused my tire alert light to come on. Before coming here, I had gone to a few other shops and they were unable to find a leak at all. The other shops looked at the tire, said they couldn't see a hole, put some air in the tire, then sent me on my way. It had gotten to the point where I was having to fill my tire with air weekly. Finally I came to Osborn's and within a minute, they were able to find where the tire was punctured and plugged the tire. I am so grateful to Keith and Mykel for solving my annoying problem so quickly and for being so nice and helpful! I recommend this place to everyone and will be definitely be coming back.
