I brought my car in for an alternator which AAA had told me I needed. Osborne had pre ordered the alternator and had it on hand. However when Osborne checked the electrical system they found I didn't need the alternator but rather a new battery which was still under warranty to AAA. This saved me hundreds of dollars. I greatly appreciate Osborne's honesty and professionalism. Thank you.

My last service was very expensive and took 3 days. But the problem was fixed. My car seat was dirty and wet when I picked my car up. It was raining that day, so I assume you guys opened my car window and left it open.
