As always, I appreciate the thoroughness and care given to me and my car when I take it to Osbornes. Trust is all with an auto mechanic, and this shop has my trust.

Southbay Ford told us the battery we had just replaced the week before was bad on our Ford Edge when we took it in for an oil change. We were also told we needed a new windshield wiper pump, as no water came out of the nozzles that clean the windshield. My husband told them to only change the oil and he left. After several phone calls, a close friend suggested Osborn's Automotive. He said they are knowledgeable and trustworthy - just what we needed! Jaimie and her crew were awesome. They fixed the windshield wiper nozzle on the Edge - turned out we needed a $5.00 clip that attached a hose rather than the $300.00 pump! We also had them service out F-150 at the same time. Everything about Osborn's is top notch! Super friendly welcome, knowledgeable technicians, cleanliness, easy access, and for us, the added bonus of being only 10 minutes from our house!

Great shop. Took my 1990 Honda there and a brilliant technician (sorry I don't know his name) diagnosed my electrical problem immediately and fixed it for just the price of the part. Also got an oil change for a very fair price. Great service and knowledgeable technicians.

my wife and I have been taking our 2004 Honda Pilot and 2006 Toyota Tocoma to the dealers for service. some of the services seemed a bit high for our budget . A friend told us about 0SBORN'S AUTOMOTIVE. Took both vehicles to get OSBORN'S opinion on services needed. Needless to say, very impressed with their friendliness and costs needed on both vehicles. Will be using OSBORN'S in the future.
